The Physalis, also called Cape Gooseberry, Inkapflaume or Andean berry is native to the Andes region in South America. The spherical, orange-colored fruits ripen in a gossamer envelope, reminiscent of the European lantern plant.

The harvest is done in elaborate manual labor. The ripe berries are harvested in untouched nature and gently dried in sunlight. During processing, no additives are used. The physalis is naturally sweet and sour and has an intense aroma.

The dried Cape Gooseberry, known in English as Golden Berry (Golden Berry) contains numerous vitamins and minerals. It is also a valuable antioxidant.

A good quality of dried physalis can be recognized by the fact that they are soft and pleasantly sweet and sour in the taste.

Organic cranberries

These small red berries are also known as cranberry and serve as a natural energizer during sports or other outdoor activities. They are therefore a delight for young and old. But not only pure is this particular dried fruit very popular. It can also serve as a wonderful substitute for raisins in nut mixes or cereal. Cranberries are full of vitamins and minerals. They contain a particularly high proportion of vitamins A and C. In addition, they contain a high number of antioxidants and have a low fat content.

These small red berries can thus contribute to a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
